We are honored to have joined the 19th Asia Offshore Wind Day hosted by AWEA. Speaking to over 300 APAC industry experts, our Vice President, Jason Hsi, shared our decade of experience in Taiwan's local supply chain, highlighting our strategic transformation and successful international expansion, which left a strong impression on many industry experts.
Learns, Invests, and Grows: A Dual-Track Approach
Jason redefined the core value of a premium supplier: “Learns, Invests, and Grows.” By constantly turning field lessons into safer practices (Learns) and investing heavily in talent and advanced technology (Invests), we have built a solid foundation. This empowers our agile, dual-track market strategy: rapidly expanding our high-value Operations & Maintenance (O&M) capabilities in Taiwan, while exporting our extensive Site Investigation (SI) expertise to emerging APAC markets (Grows). Proven in Taiwan, we are already delivering projects in Korea and are fully ready to support the wider region.
As wind farms enter long-term operations, we highlighted a critical industry truth: "Preventive Is Cheap. Corrective Is Not." High-quality preventive subsea maintenance is the ultimate defense against costly downtime and repairs. Moving forward, Dragon Geosciences will continue leveraging our proven Taiwanese strength to build the market together with our global partners!
